Q: How fast will I get my order
A: Once placed, orders are usually ready within 24 to 48 hours. For larger orders of 2,000 units or more, we may require a little more time, so please contact us in advance to ensure your deadlines.

Q: Is there anything I should do to my image before uploading it
A: All you need to do is upload the best version in your possession and we will take care of the rest. Not to worry, if the image resolution happens to be too low or pixelated, we will contact you before production begins to always ensure you get great results.

Q: Where do I upload my image
A: Your custom file upload form will appear at the end of the checkout process, allowing for you to upload your file at your convenience.

Q: I want to place the image myself. What are the specifications
A: Your final image file should be in a resolution of 300 DPI.

Q: What types of file are accepted
A: PDF, PSD, JPG, JPEG, PNG, ZIP

Q: Is there some way to order different quantities than the ones offered on the website
A: Sure. Simply let us know and we'll send you a personalized link to order your preferred quantity.

Q: Is it possible to have multiple designs within the same order
A: Yes. If your images are already placed in our templates, you can include as many as 5 different custom designs, split into even quantities, within the same order. If your project requires more than 5 designs, contact us for a quote.

Q: I need to print some name tag buttons with different names and numbers. Is that something you can do
A: Absolutely. Email us your order details, along with your lists and we'll send you a personalized link to your quote.

Q: Do you have different prices for color / black & white buttons
A: Everything we produce is professionally color printed in order to obtain best possible results.

Q: Why is the button guy on your logo a cyclops
A: Actually he isn't. It's only a matter of perspective. He's got 2 eyes.They were simply drawn one in front of the other.
